Information from a website visit
This website has no enquiry form, account, payment checkout or file upload. It does not run advertising pixels or audience analytics. Its fonts, images and scripts are served with the site, without embedded maps, social feeds or video players.
The public website is delivered through Cloudflare. Handling a web request involves technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and security events. This supports delivery, reliability and protection against abuse. We do not turn this traffic into advertising profiles. See the cookie notice for browser storage.
Enquiries and service records
When you telephone or email ADI, or a property manager contacts ADI on your behalf, relevant information can include your name, contact details, organisation, property and access details, survey findings, reports, correspondence and billing information. ADI uses it to respond, arrange and carry out work, provide documents and administer payment.
Share only the resident or access information needed for the investigation. A manager providing another person’s details should explain why they are being shared. Calling or emailing uses your communications provider; the website itself does not receive the contents.
Why the information is used
- To take requested steps towards a contract and perform a contract with an individual customer.
- For legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, coordinating access, providing services, keeping records needed for follow-up work or relevant claims, training and quality monitoring through call recordings, and protecting the website.
- To meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.
- Where consent is the appropriate basis for an optional use, that use depends on consent and it can be withdrawn.
Visiting this site does not enrol you in marketing or provide blanket consent for unrelated uses of your information.
Keeping information and call recordings
ADI keeps service records for as long as needed for their purpose, including job history, follow-up work, accounting and relevant claims. The appropriate period depends on the record and any applicable legal requirement; there is no single deletion date for every type of information. Technical request and security information is retained as needed to deliver and protect the site and investigate incidents, under the applicable Cloudflare service settings and retention terms.
ADI records calls for training and quality purposes. Its published booking information states a 30-day recording retention period. Contact ADI promptly if your enquiry concerns a recording.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restricted use or transfer of personal information, and ask about the applicable conditions. You can withdraw consent for a use relying on it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact admin@adiproleak.com; ADI may need proportionate information to verify your identity.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Tell us about your circumstances when contacting admin@adiproleak.com.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contacting ADI first can help resolve a concern, but does not remove your right to approach the ICO.
